Exchange Server 2010 Training

Perhaps you have heard the joke where the patient complains to Dr. And the esteemed medical practitioners response is: “take two aspirin and call me in the morning.”

When I was a full-time trainer in the Microsoft MCSE track . I noticed that many of the colleges avoided Microsoft Exchange training like it was the plague. It was put succinctly to me by one college administrator who said that students who enter Microsoft Exchange classes “fall into a black hole.”

While at the time, I was not an Exchange guru, so I didn’t understand his point. Then I got an opportunity to become a guru and write a book about Microsoft Exchange 5.5.

That experience fully enlightened me into the black hole experience known as Microsoft Exchange.

It is small wonder that certification candidates look at MS 70-662 and become rooted in a fear that can only be described as a fate worse than death.

I’m delighted to report there is hope however. J. Peter Bruzzese has teamed up with trainsignal.com to create over 20 hours of video training. The beauty is while it doesn’t excellent job of covering MS 70-662, it also includes a full version of the Transcender’s practice exam.

The course outline should give you an indication of just how much training you are getting on the three DVDs. While the syllabus lists 40 lessons, there are more .X lessons (Lesson 36.2, Lesson 37.2)  than you got fingers.

It is a pleasure to see courseware availability that is: on video while addressing both getting your brain wrapped around Microsoft Exchange without falling into the black hole.

For those looking to become Microsoft certified it is a well rounded course. Of course I am prejudiced. I have enjoyed following J. Peter for a number of years.

When you’re attempting to get things done, nothing is more frustrating than a slow Internet connection. It takes forever to check your email or to visit one of your favorite sites online. When this is happening at your home or place of work, there are a a few different issues that could be causing the problem.

Interference

If you’re on a wireless connection, interference could be causing the problem. Other electronic devices that emit signals can cause interference which will negatively affect your ability to connect to the WiFi network. For example, radio signals, television signals, cell phone signals and other similar signals could interrupt your WiFi network signal.

Network Problems

In some cases, the problem may be with your Internet service provider. For example, there could be faulty installation or equipment to blame for your below-average speed. Sometimes, the network is down for everyone in your area because of a technical problem with the service provider. If your Internet is down for long time, you may want to call the company and see if anyone else is having the same problem in your area. If you are having problems at your business, there could be a problem with the T1 Internet line running to the building. One way or the other, the best idea is to call the company and have their customer service department process your complaint. More often than not, ISPs are very prompt about responding to problems.

Viruses and Malware

In some situations, the slow Internet may not be the fault of your Internet connection at all. Sometimes, viruses, worms or malware can get on your computer, which slow down the speed of your Internet connection. These items can get onto your computer when you download a bad file or visit a dangerous website. When this happens, you may need to get a good piece of antivirus software and run it on your computer to get rid of the problem.

Router Settings

Sometimes, the problem with slow Internet is caused by problems with the router settings. If you have the MTU setting on your router in the wrong place, it can make your Internet slow down. If you don’t know how to adjust the settings on your router, you may need a representative from the Internet service provider to come and adjust things for you. Once the settings are changed on your router, you may be able to enjoy much faster speeds online.

Other Programs

If you’re running too many programs on your computer at the same time, it can slow down your Internet speed. Close out of all of the other applications that you’re not using and see if this helps speed up your computer.

If you have one Internet connection and lots of computers, Mobiles, PDA, Ipods etc. in your home, how are you going to share Internet access between all of them simultaneously?

How to do this?

Router – It is the instant way to setup easily a Home Wireless Network. All you have to do is to connect the router to the ISP Modem and use Wi-Fi enabled devices to connect to the router if they are within its signal range.

A wired or wireless Router is actually a Layer 3 Gateway, if you know about the OSI Layered Model. Home networks use the Internet Protocol (IP) for either a wired or for a wireless router connection. TCP/IP is the defacto network communication protocol (it is the OSI network and transport layer). TCP/IP Routers like DSL or Cable Modem Routers connect a Local Area Network (LAN-Home Network) to the Wide Area Network (WAN) of the Web (i.e the Internet)

Requirements

* A Broadband Internet Connection (I recommend a High Speed Broadband connection. Otherwise, there is chance to face problems regarding file downloading).
*Wireless Network Card which should be installed on each computer that you wish to connect to the wirelesss network. Most devices are already equipped with an embedded wireless card.
* A Wireless Broadband Router

Advantages of a Home Network Router

* For Sharing your Internet connection between more than 2 computers.
* For sharing Printer and other Computer Peripherals.
* Sharing Game consoles and other Home Entertainment Systems.

How to get Back your Hacked Google Account

A common problem for many people is a hacked google account even though it is not a frequent problem.

Every day many people are searching in Google about “how to hack Google accounts” , but searching this in Google is just like asking an owner to give his key of his company for free!

For this process ( I mean for “getting back your g-mail account”) , even though it is a bit “official” we can go asking Google for help (Well they can’t deny the complaint, of a user).

Some of the options suggested by Google Support when your forget the G mail password or if someone else takes ownership of your Google Account and changes the password are listed below:

Reset Your Google Account Password

Type the email address which is in connection with your Google Account or G mail user name at google.com/accounts/ForgotPasswd – You will get an email at your secondary email address with a link , which when clicked will redirect to a page which will help you to reset your password for the g mail account.

For Google Accounts connected with G mail

If you have problems with getting into your G mail account, you can ask google to consider your problem by filling the form at http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/request.py. However this process can only be made possible only if you remember the exact date when you created your g-mail account.

For other hacked Google accounts which have no connection with your g-mail account:

If your Google Account is not attached with a G mail address, contact Google by filling the questions at http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/request.py. This process may help you get back your Google Account if you determinedly preserve all of your old emails. This process also requires the exact date of your Google Account creation attached with a copy of the original “Google Email Verification” message.

If any of the above methods fails try creating another Google account and tell your g-mail friends to re-sent you the lost e-mails.

Sony VAIO X Review-World Lightest Laptop

Earlier this Month, Sony launched the world’s lightest laptop VAIO-X. It is being promoted as “Size Zero of Laptops” because of its very less weight of 655 grams. The VAIO- X uses Intel’s 2.0GHz Atom Z550 and 2 GB of RAM which makes it faster as compared to other notebooks. The Laptop is super-slim just 0.55 inches thick with 11.1-inch screen that is only 0.125 inch thick.

You can enjoy high Image Quality with the 1366-by-768-pixel Screen Resolution of this 11.1 inch screen. This ultrathin Portable laptop includes a 128 GB Solid State Hard Drive which if sufficient to store all your important data. According to Sony, The Laptop comes with two inter-changeable batteries a standard battery with 3.5 hour backup and a larger heavier battery which would be available in battery-stand combo having a 14 hour backup.

The keyboard of VAIO-X is similar to those of MacBook. The keyboard contains widely spaced and separated buttons but the space keys are small. If you have big fingers then you won’t feel comfortable typing on this Laptop. The Mousing Surface area is 2 by 1.5 inches which is really very small.

The VAIO-X contains 2 Usb2.0 ports, SD Card Reader and Memory Card Reader for data Transfer but don’t support optical drives. Shared headphone/mic jack is available for Audio. VAIO-X includes Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Mobile broadband antenna for networking.

The Cost of VAIO-X ranges from $1300-$1400 which is pretty expensive for this kind of System according to me.
