With the MS Word for Mac, you can customize your layouts with fonts and colors. It also has a navigation panel that assists you in fixing the structure of your documents, and navigate where you want to go. Threaded comments can also help you in changing your editing cycles into real conversations.

When it comes to MS Excel, Microsoft has extended their data entries with a main focus on productivity. Excel comes with a new Analysis ToolPak, which provides statistical functions like exponential smoothing and moving averages. Aside from this, PivotTable Slicers assist you in slicing through giant amounts of data to look for patterns that can solve questions.

The new version of MS PowerPoint has a brand new feature called Presenter View. This feature has also been compared to the mission control used for its presentation. On a Mac, Presenter View works by showing off the current slide, the next slide, a timer, and several notes. It only shows the presentation to the audience when used on a wide screen.

MS Outlook also gives out what Microsoft considers as a good conversation window that can automatically modify your inbox inside threaded conversations. The OneNote feature allows you to utilize tags such as ‘Important’, ‘Question’, or ‘To Do’. This includes a structure that helps you easily locate your notes.
